How can I make a damage claim?
Case shortage or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to our Customer Service team immediately at 256-350-3206. Download and print a Merchandise Claim Form from our website. Fill out the form completely and email, fax or mail it to the attention of Customer Service.
Why can’t I view the JWM on-line catalog?
You must register with JWM using your tax ID number before you can view our on-line catalog. This protects our customer so that the end consumer cannot view the prices of our items. It’s a very simple and easy process that walks you through every step.
I am an international customer. Can I register on your website?
